When I created the Design Your Life After 60 program, I built it around this simple idea: big change begins with gentle action. A five-minute morning ritual, a daily walk, or one intentional breath can start a wave of energy that carries you forward.
I’ve seen it happen again and again.
Someone decides to take just ten minutes each morning to move or meditate — and within weeks, they feel lighter and more focused. Another commits to writing down three things they’re grateful for each night — and suddenly their days feel brighter.
Momentum doesn’t come from doing everything; it comes from doing something.
So this week, try this:
🌿 Pick one small habit that supports the life you want to create.
Maybe it’s journaling for five minutes, taking a short walk after lunch, or calling a friend.
And if you skip a day? Smile, forgive yourself, and begin again.
Small steps done consistently build confidence, energy, and hope — and before you know it, you’re already living the life you were designing all along.
